Every item of jewellery is thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is highly unlikely that any errors will occur in the workmanship and materials. However, any material or manufacturing failure will be rectified with either a free replacement or repair. Any breakages through mistreatment will incur costs for materials and labour.

 

All rings are accurately sized, and photo evidence of this is archived. If a ring needs to be resized from the agreed measurement, this must be paid for. If you do not know your desired ring size, you can purchase a multisizer from me for 50p.

 

Please be sure before ordering that you are happy with your selection. Photographs are detailed and accurate, and I provide specific measurements; please do not return the item unless there is a fault. If you wish to have a product in another size, you must request this through the contact page.
